Hi all,

The 'rest' branch so called has been renamed 0.5. Thus the new command
to get it:

bzr branch http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~elisa-developers/elisa/0.5
elisa


Also the 'trunk' branch has been renamed to 0.3 making it easier to
understand and consistent.
