The generator is to be used as follows:
- define at least the basic ok/up/down buttons
- define all the other available buttons (skip/go back using up/down
keys on your remote)
- press OK on your remote twice to finish

If that fails, please report a bug with the generator's output.

There's no way to do that right now, there are bugs reported, though -
so it will be fixed at some point.

AFAIK there's no way to do that. Totem does have support for AC3/DTS
Passthrough, so gstreamer should handle that fine, but there's no such
setting in Elisa (yet).
