Not all the plugins have been packaged and put on the repository and
not all will be. This is something that is being worked on at the moment.

Right. This is supported and just not implemented in all the layers,
i guess it's high priority for the next release.

The weather page on the wii is awesome :) That being said, I think the
weather plugin has been removed with the intent of putting it on the
plugin repository, except that nobody has done that yet. I  could be wrong
here though.
