Hello Guillaume,
This release was the final phase of the plugins system testing where
base components (core, poblesec, etc.) got updated through the plugin
repository. That was a first and for that reason we decided to focus on
it exclusively. Next monday, a traditional release will be made with
tarballs and Ubuntu packages in the PPA along with a plugins release via
the plugin repository.
