Ok, I did some research and found a simple way to bring it back with dbus-send

dbus-send  --type=method_call --session --dest=com.fluendo.Elisa
/com/fluendo/Elisa/Plugins/Pigment/Frontend
com.fluendo.Elisa.Plugins.Pigment.Frontend.show
