Sometimes when I run the task local.hex, it doesn't update hex. I tried different approachs to solve this but finally I concluded that the real problem was that my public keys were outdated. Since all documentation and information about updating hex only instruct to run local.hex, shouldn't the task local.hex run local.public_keys internally?
