It definitely could, but then we'd need `use see` everywhere.

Is there any chance at all that we could have an `autorequire` attribute in 
mix.exs, So, it it had:

~~~ elixir
autorequire: [ Logger, See ]
~~~

and some module referenced `Logger` or `See`, then a require would be done 
automatically?
