You haven't mentioned your specific usecase, but if the inbuilt mix releases 
(which can package your code for all those platforms mentioned already) aren't 
sufficient prehaps checkout burrito? https://hexdocs.pm/burrito/ Which aims to 
take a release and package it more portably...
