Oh, now I understand what you have in mind. I originally thought you wanted
to install a package so you can use it globally, anywhere from your system.
However, you want to download the package so you can see the source. I
think that's a very sensible request, I would recommend you open up a
discussion / feature requests here: http://github.com/hexpm/hex_web
