So maybe an additional case to report at
https://github.com/elm-lang/virtual-dom/issues/21 (though I don’t know
whether an additional report is really needed — it’s not fully clear to me
whether 4.0.1 was supposed to fix this or whether to expect a separate bug
fix release for that).
