I still need to put them into practice and see what fits best for my app. I must admit I was a bit surprised that this case is not covered by the elm architecture tutorial. Or maybe I missed it. It should be a pretty common use case isn't it ? It seems that everyone has its own recipe for dealing with that kind of situation. It makes me realize that the language and its best practices are still in an active research and experiment phase.
