Just for future reference, I took another proper look at this again, and it 
looks like those attributes are a bit of a red herring. The JS events they 
tie into are supported sporadically by browsers, and sporadically by 
request type. So even if we knew how to use them in Elm, they probably 
wouldn't help much. :-(
