Oh dear. IMHO, that page is rubbish. Why would it be useful to make such statements that can’t possibly give justice to a programming language? For example, the statement it makes about Haskell is plainly wrong. Recommended reading: http://conal.net/blog/posts/everything-is-a-function-in-haskell
