So the intent of this is that it will lead to the goals you describe but it would do it in a way that can leverage all of our brains not just Evans. I believe that not only will our solutions be better in the long term but we will converge on better solutions for Elm in the short term.
I agree that every library is a work in progress and I believe that the same can be said for the current elm-lang packages as well.
