Oh my goodness, thanks for warning me about this—I’m sorry I didn’t find this PR when researching this! I will for now use simple compilation to avoid this edge case, and periodically check if advanced makes things noticeably faster or if it breaks anything. It would have been wonderful if the Elm compiler and the Google Closure Compiler had snapped together like Legos, but I appreciate that was unlikely without the former being designed to work with the latter.
