There was a discussion about the removal of Http.url in this list <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/elm-discuss/XaIr96e8qXk>. Actually I miss that function and usually just copy and paste <https://github.com/datasciencebr/jarbas/blob/master/jarbas/frontend/elm/Format/Url.elm> from Evan's code.
