Lately I've been really craving/looking into hot reloading in Elm. I know things like `elm-hot-loader` exist, but it is not as refined as, say, something like Figwheel.
So I've been looking into elm-reactor and I noticed there is a websocket endpoint called "/_changes". As far as I can tell, it only sends pings, but there is some File watching logic there as well.
