This is more informational than anything else, but the new xorg server
in 6.4 has updated the driver ABI (sigh). Thankfully the new package
provides 'xserver-abi(videodrv-13)'. The 310.32-1.el6.elrepo kmod seems
to modprobe just fine.
Unfortunately, the existing elrepo nvidia drivers wont work with this
new ABI.
This may also break the ATI driver.
I've reported the bug in mantis, so I've no doubt our elrepo admins are
on the case!
