In the announcements for kernel-ml-6.14.4 and kernel-lt-6.1.135 we noted that the perf- and tools-related files were not included due to build errors. As it turned out, this was a known issue.

We did this by adding the following line to the kernel spec file: BuildRequires: libxslt <= 1.1.34-9.el9_5.1 The missing files have been built and are currently syncing to our mirrors.
