eLyXer should respect LyX settings for the TOC. So, whatever LyX
places in the TOC eLyXer will also include, and vice versa. Is it not
working for you?
That works perfectly! I don't have a TOC in my LyX document, and therefore it
didn't occur to me that setting could have any effect on this. But I guess it
does. Magnificent!
