Hi again!

Answering to my own question, probably the wrong way (still compiling,
will know for sure after testing), first I tried justo to copy the
contents of the linux dir to a kernel tree and compile. That obviously
didn't work as I could know by reading the includes in the code.

So here came the idea:
1. create a dir named v2l in the include dir of the kernel tree;
2. copy files compat.h and i2c-compat.h there;
3. replace every #include "compat.h" and #include "i2c-compat.h" for
#include <v2l/compat.h> and #include <v2l/i2c-compat.h> in all the files
in the linux dir checked out from the repos;
4. copy the contents of the linux dir to the kernel tree and compile.

Still at step 4, so I still don't know if this will work or even if it
is a stupid try...

Anyone who would like to send comments, please do...

Thanks in advance,
Luís Silva
