Ok, thanks for testing (I'm moving to a new Windows box because this one
ran out of disk space; I plan to install a Debian VM there later today).

We are left with two possible causes of the sjlj issue:

- Windows is just different from Mac and Linux

- not using Library_Interface causes the sjlj issue

Looks like I need to try to persue fixing the "module not found" problem
with Library_Interface on Windows. Sigh.

I wish I still had access to AdaCore support!

I guess I'll start with a "hello world" Library_Interface and see if
that works on Windows.
