(ada-case-keyword -1) calls (downcase-word -1), and the underscore is a word 
delimiter.

Could we use downcase-region after identifying the whole keyword as in 
ada-case-adjust-identifier? Would there be any problem about changing the 
signature of ada-case-keyword to (ada-case-keyword beg end)?

Also updated gpr-hook.el (I left out “with”).

And I haven’t called in the case exceptions.
