With both clear, if you highlight the whole file and TAB, the comment is left as it is; if you just indent the comment line, it's aligned with the "null". With just "Indent comments", the comment is aligned with "null" in both cases. With just "Align comments on keywords", behaves as with both clear. With both, behaves as with just "Indent comments". Not very useful .. Piotr, do you have a rule to propose as to when the comment should align with the _next_ line? perhaps if the next line is less indented?
