Since ada-mode is an Emacs project, creating a Savannah project for it
makes the most sense (I should have done this instead of hostmonster in
the first place, sigh).

A savannah account is required for write access to GNU ELPA, which is
where ada-mode is published.

It looks like they support git, subversion, and cvs as repository tools.

This will make it easier for someone else to take over as the maintainer
eventually. See https://savannah.gnu.org/ for general info.

Unless someone has a better suggestion, I'll do the following next week:

- create an ada-mode Savannah project

- create a mailing list there

- attempt to import the mailing list archve from hostmonster (not a
  showstopper if this fails).

- attempt to move all current members of the hostmonster list to the new
  list

- _not_ move the current monotone repository to savannah git

- do the release from the monotone repository, announce on both lists

- shut down hostmonster list

After the release, we can argue about moving to savannah git :).
