Hi all,
I released version 9.0-pre2a. This is a stopgap release only, to sync
up with some of the larger changes introduced in emacs CVS over the
past few months. It is available as a full tarball only, made against
unicode-2 CVS as of last night.
New features: XPM support and (unfinished) toolbar support. The
toolbar support displays a number of glitches. Also, you must turn it
on and off using 'M-x tool-bar-mode'; the toggle button doesn't really
work yet.
It may be less stable than pre2, particularly if the toolbar is used.
I'll be on vacation for a few days. When I get back I'll try to finish
tool-bar support and a few other things and release a proper pre3.
