This worked on my system before I posted, but given that binary files
are involved I was a little suspicious.  Sounds like it fails in at
least some environments.  I plan a release in the next few days, so
the patch will be obsoleted.  In the meantime you could try deleting
that part of the patch file and using the attached nib file
replacement.  The patch does fix a couple of crashes so it is worth
having.
