This, and some more, is contained in emacs-23.0.0_NS-9.0rc3_patch_add.tgz from the Emacs.app repository. You'll also need emacs-23.0.0_NS-9.0rc3.patch. And particularly you'll need to wait some more days until the changes in GNU Emacs 23.0.50 code have been integrated into GNU Emacs 23.0.60.
