This, and some more, is contained in  
emacs-23.0.0_NS-9.0rc3_patch_add.tgz from the Emacs.app repository.  
You'll also need emacs-23.0.0_NS-9.0rc3.patch. And particularly  
you'll need to wait some more days until the changes in GNU Emacs  
23.0.50 code have been integrated into GNU Emacs 23.0.60. Right now  
calendar does not work and the configure script does not add  
libresolv to the libraries needed by GNU Emacs.
