found it of use.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
Build Emacs.app rc3 on Debian Sarge with gnustep-startup-0.18.4.
Start Emacs with -nw flag.
Emacs starts fine, but displays the following message:
