I see this problem with a recent CVS version. Two windows in one  
frame; go to another application; click in the other window in the  
frame; the cursor stays in the original window. Across frames,  
however, when the frames are not split, I see the expected OS X  
behavior, and the cursor goes to the selected (clicked-in) frame.
