How about, if there's an appropriate locale set, putting the "in LANGUAGE" -- except writing that phrase in LANGUAGE instead of English. That should really help it stand out visually too (especially with non-latin fonts). It'd need a little string translated for all the languages, but it's so short that doesn't seem a big burden... If you've got flag icons, then it could be "in LANGUAGE (FLAG)" for even more super-standout appeal...
