Hello, I am writing this message to "emacs-devel" in response to a request made by Marcelo Toledo who kindly asked me to provide a slightly modified Italian language tutorial. The patch attached to this message contains the string to be added, i.e. the one which shall appear on the splash screen of future versions of Emacs.
