Info about documentation

I believe it would be good to have a link from the node Documentation to 
the node Appendix D: Tips and Conventions in Info. The first node does 
for example not mention checkdoc at all.

Beside that I think the name of the first node is a bit misleading. It 
is about docstrings as far as I can see.
