So I'd propose we keep it in PROBLEMS, but we could add that Emacs tries to handle exec-shield itself. A note on how to disable the randomization should be added to PROBLEMS also.Could you please do that?
I reinstated the text you added about Fedora Core 4, and added that Emacs tries to handle this at build time.
