I think this is ok. There are other useful Info commands (and some of them are new). I am not sure to what extent to add them to refcard.tex (and also to what extent to document them in the Info manual). At least, I think `t' definitely should be added to refcard.tex. BTW, would you object if I will move your added line for `C-x 0' two lines higher to the more logical place for it?
