w32 menus in Emacs

I have seen some problems with the menus on w32. I wonder if there is 
any one reading the list who knows how to get TranslateAccelerator to 
work. Then please contact me.

I have inserted a call to TranslateAccelerator in the code and added & 
to the menu names. That does not seem to be enough but I just do not 
know what more is needed.
