I've moved just the MH-E images to etc/images for now. Please use "cvs up -d" to get the new etc/images/mail directory.
There was a small 30 second window where the .pbm images did not have the -kb sticky flag. Run "cvs stat etc/images/refresh.pbm" and ensure the -kb sticky flag is present. If not, run "cvs up -C etc/images."
