hyperbole-autoloads.el: Remove needless definitions
* hversion.el (hyperb:mouse-buttons):
* hload-path.el (hyperb:microsoft-os-p, hyperb:wsl-os-p): Don't
needlessly predefine internal variables.
(load-path): Don't add `test` to the `load-path`.
