commit 871bb14ada34336cc6dc58aad1facedf6e34c2fe
Author: Protesilaos Stavrou <i...@protesilaos.com>
Commit: Protesilaos Stavrou <i...@protesilaos.com>

Mention version 4.0.0 instead of 3.2.0 in all relevant places

We never released 3.2.0. Since we have made lots of changes we want
to label this as a whole new version of Denote.
