Author: Bozhidar Batsov <[email protected]>
Commit: Bozhidar Batsov <[email protected]>

    Remove dead code

    - inf-clojure--repl-type-lock: declared but never used
    - inf-clojure-eval-region-and-go, inf-clojure-eval-defun-and-go:
redundant wrappers not bound in any keymap or menu
    - inf-clojure--response-match-p: never called, duplicates
      inf-clojure--process-response-match-p with different arg order
