Add tree-sitter modes to checkers
Add *-ts-mode counterparts to checkers that were missing them:
- elixir-credo: elixir-ts-mode (built-in since Emacs 29)
- html-tidy: html-ts-mode (built-in since Emacs 29)
- haskell-stack-ghc, haskell-ghc, haskell-hlint: haskell-ts-mode
- scala, scala-scalastyle: scala-ts-mode
- terraform, terraform-tflint: terraform-ts-mode
- statix: nix-ts-mode
