etc/ORG-NEWS: Announce about internal changes in org-colview
* etc/ORG-NEWS (Some internal function names in =org-colview= library
have been changed): Just in case, give users a heads up about internal
changes in org-colview. We can freely change internal functions, but
some users advice/change them anyway, so better tell.
