* cobol-mode.el: Fix misrepresenting variable
(cobol--fixed-comment-indicators-re):
Rename to cobol--fixed-comment-indicators, since it is not a regexp.
(cobol--fixed-form-comment-re, cobol--non-fixed-comment-indicators-re):
Use new name.
