from 6ed5cd15d6 fixed xah-show-in-desktop and xah-open-in-external-app
on linux. by emiltoacs. description: xdg-open starts another child process to
open its parameters with the appropriate command then it quits however it makes
emacs kill the subprocess as soon as xdg-open has finished therefore the files
opened externally are also instantaneously killed.
new 9dbd392b20 xah-upcase-sentence now properly handle text inside html

new d3d11ab822 removed C-j globally. missed it before.
