Use tilde for proper code symbol in the manual
This is only relevant for the texinfo output. We want @code{tmr}
instead of @samp{tmr}.
[ I learnt about this from the Emacs maintainers who asked me to be
precise with the markup of the modus-themes.org that ships with
Emacs. ]
