Attempting to paste a note into the first section in an existing
org file appears to fail in that the note gets placed at the end
of the file.
Pasting into sections other than the first section works.
i.e.
If you have a file
with the following:
* first
*second
*third
then if you pick *first in the recursive edit buffer that
org-remember-handler pops up and hit enter, the note ends up as a
level 2 heading at the end of the file.
