Hi, Not sure since when, but the TOC links of "Short Contents" at the top of org.html are broken. links pointing to the same section in the menu at top right corner or in the toc under the "Org Mode Manual" are fine.
I see "toc_" prefix in the bad links but not sure how to fix them.
