Hi sorry for the brief explanation. when i use the bind or manually launch comment-line via M-x inside an org mode code block the like is indented (by 2 spaces) and no comment appears (in a lisp code block). i just tried it now in a sh (bash) code block and here what it does is add the # at the END of the line :)
