I tried it - it turns out that org-agenda-todo-ignore-deadlines only
effects the global todo list.

I was talking about `org-agenda-todo-ignore-deadlines' not
`org-deadline-warning-days'.
It would only apply to deadlines with a TODO keyword, tho.
