[O] can I export all PROPERTIES to my ascii output?

I'd like to make all the PROPERTIES show up in ascii output when I export.
How can I do that?

#+OPTIONS: properties:t

 does not export properties.  Neither does:

#+OPTIONS: with-properties:t
